It’s an epidemic. Stress and Anxiety. We let our sub-conscience mind run us all day long. Worrying about this and what about that...It affects everything we do including weight. But Instead of talking about how we can just make it go away with a band-aid to cover it up, we need to get to the root cause of the problem.
We will talk about lifestyle, mental strength techniques (these are amazing) nutrition and offer an optional Zyto Balance Scan to see exactly where the imbalance or “stressed out” areas are in your body are. Bring your kids. Scan is $20 each.
You will want to know what’s going on inside. Emotions are everything. ❤️
Maybe you’re just eating too much round-up on your food (Glyphosate) or lacking B Vitamins or need to cut some sugar. Your physical being is all body systems that are connected and and the biggest part is your gut. Your gut talks to your brain

Diets don’t work. What do most people do after 21 days or on day 31? Go back to the old way of eating?
It’s the little choices you can make over time that can change how you feel and want to look. Its changing your little habits that you think don't matter.
When I quit craving sugar I lost an entire body size over time with no diet plan or exercise. I wasn’t one of those “gym people”

Vincent James always knew that sooner or later it would come down to love songs. While growing up he enjoyed listening to variety of musical styles including artists ranging from easy listening favorites Barry Manilow, Bread, The Carpenters and John Denver to more heavy hitting artists of the day including Led Zeppelin, Kiss and progressive rock outfits Kansas, Yes and Genesis. As James ventured into his own songwriting career, he realized that love songs are where his true passion lies.

As a performer James has graced stages all over the Philadelphia area in clubs, restaurants, weddings and other special events. His musical repertoire includes a number of original love songs from his collection as well as popular favorites from the 1940s to today. Highlights of James career include his “6 Weeks to Valentines” Tour where he performed 100 shows from New Years to Valentines including venues like Planet Hollywood/NYC, Hard Rock Café/Philly and the Vermont Teddy Bear Company. He also twice embarked on a “Whirlwind Valentines Tour”, performing at 9 different Barnes & Noble stores in one day and 8 different Borders Bookstores in one day another year.
