LOWER BODY MOBILITY
This 4 hour workshop will cover the following:
-Pre-workout dynamic stretches to open up the Lower Back, Hips and Calves.
-Joint Distractions to aid the Hips, Knees and Ankles to further Range of Motion.
-Joint Preparation exercises and Lower Body Flow Drills to help prevent injuries in the Hips, Knees and Ankles.
-Self Massage Techniques to aid in Muscle Recovery.
-Post workout loaded stretches to gain greater range of motion in the Hips, Knee Extension and Ankle Flexion for deeper Squats.
