Sud de France is co-hosting a series of five feasts at locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. An unexpected line-up of young, creative chefs will present their own New Yorker interpretations of typical Languedoc-Roussillon specialties. Try innovative new versions of staples like cassoulet (Why would cassoulet be banned in the summer? Unfair!), aligot, cod brandade, and more, all paired with carefully chosen wines from the region.

Chefs Ginevra Iverson and Eric Korsh are reviving traditional French bistro culture while taking it to next level. They are preparing an exclusive set of Southern France-inspired dishes, including dorade for two with tomatoes and Lucques olives.
