Garlic Mustard Pull

Please join us this Memorial Day weekend for our first annual Garlic Mustard Pull at Lubbers Family
Farm. The woods at the farm contain such richness of life. In order to preserve this we need your help
in eradicating this invasive species from the farm. Morning refreshments will be available before we
go out. After the pull, we will show you how to make Garlic Mustard pesto with the use of other wild
edibles from the woods and cheese from Cowslip Creamery. In thanks for your help, we will provide
a pasta lunch tossed with our fresh made pesto. We’ll send you home with the recipe and, if you like,
bring a container to take some pesto home with you.
