This class is based on a sequence of exercises to build muscular strength and endurance, get your heart rate up, and fire up that metabolism. This circuit based class will keep you wondering what’s next, with battling ropes, swinging kettlebells, medicine ball slams and more, you won’t be able to think about how hard your working out.
