Blood Pressure Screening at Highland

We plan to measure patient’s blood pressure then counsel patients on their readings and promote heart healthy decisions through healthy diet, proper medication adherence and sufficient exercise. P1’s will be responsible for taking actual blood pressures, while P2’s will be responsible for discussing medications and counseling patients.
