Couples Yoga and Massage Workshop

Spring is a time of renewal and reconnecting with those you love.  Looking for a way to de-stress as we celebrate spring?  Movement and intimacy are two important ways to create relaxation and growth with each other. 

This special workshop developed by our yoga teachers and massage therapists will give you and your partner the best of both worlds.  Class will start with couples yoga-    a fun and interactive way to bond with your partner.  Practice will be gentle and safe for all couples.  Then end with our massage therapists teaching you fun and easy ways to connect with your partner through massage.
