An evening sponsored by Patrón, hosted by Chef Mike Honeywell and Beverage Specialist Jesse Albertson of the Allentown Brew Works.
There will be a tequila expert on hand to represent the Patrón Spirits Company. Enjoy an exquisite five coursed menu paired with tequila and fantastic tapas cuisine. Join us in High Gravity for a little taste of luxury from south-of-the-border.

Welcome Course
Braised Short rib and manchego cheese on a crispy corn tortilla chip. Paired with Patrón Citronge Pomegranate Margarita.
2nd Course
Baby spinach, roasted golden beets, queso fresco, crispy serrano ham, and toasted almonds tossed in a blood orange vinaigrette. Paired with Patrón Silver.
3rd Course
House-made herbed goat cheese and caramelized onion empanadas over white beans and tasso ham. Paired with Patrón Repasado.
4th Course
Grilled chorizo sausage over vegetables and lentils. Paired with Patrón Patron Añejo.
5th Course
House-made chocolate and pecan bread pudding topped with homemade coffee ice cream. Paired with Patrón Cafe.
